PRESS RELEASE October 2006
Old line developer and contracting manufacturer of sophisticated lubricants, propellants, and other products of military interest world wide, Renegade Products Corporation recently announced its move of administrative and production operations from southern Nevada to the upstate region of South Carolina and the introduction of new products for the U.S. shooting industry.
“It’s a move we’ve wanted to make for years, and its finally come to pass”, said company president, Patricia “Trish” Hayner. “And no, don’t ask for our locations”, she went on with a wry smile. “We’re just one of those gray area companies you oft times read about that intentionally shies from public view”.
When asked to describe some of the company’s products, Ms. Hayner said, “We have biodegradable lubricants specifically developed for use in antique firearms and by Cowboy Action Shooters. We also make biodegradable lubricants for machine shops. Sorry, but everything else we do is classified. “If you like our wares, we have a new friend. If you don’t, we’re still friends. Our products are not for everyone”, she continued, “they’re more expensive than the competition’s. But then, a Rolls Royce costs more than a Ford, too”.
Trish went on to say the company has performed intensive field testing and all results are extremely positive. Their current color coded offerings are: Patch Cream: For unparalleled accuracy with round balls in muzzle loaders. Bullet Cream: For hand application only muzzle loading soft lead projectiles. Chamber Cream: For Remington pattern and other percussion revolvers. Case sizing Cream: For resizing brass cartridge cases in steel dies. Cutter Cream: For machine shop applications. Superior cooling lubrication.
